Whether you’re making things or collecting them, we encourage you to sell directly to the food community here on Propped.
What we take:
Aprons, linens, cookware, flatware, glassware, and ceramics. If it fits in a kitchen cabinet, it belongs on Propped!
Our preference is for tasteful, modern designs that showcase food in the best light possible. While there’s always a place for splashy and colorful kitchenware, we stick to a cleaner, more minimal style on our site.
What we don’t take:
Unfortunately we can’t accommodate the sale of bulky or hard-to-ship items. Cabinetry, countertops, tables, chairs and lighting, though an important part of any kitchen design, simply can’t be sold through our site.
Got kitchenware? Selling is as easy as 1-2-3
With our simple List-Sell-Ship process, you’ll be off to the races in no time. Make sure that you’ve submitted to our seller approval process first (to make sure that what we sell on Propped fits within our product and photography guidelines):
You earn 65% of the sale and no payment processing fees!
What sets Propped apart?
We’re the only peer-to peer marketplace built specifically for the food community. That means that people shopping on Propped came to shop for kitchenware, not felted pillows, or a paper mâché moose head.
We support you, our friends and die-hard kitchenware enthusiasts. Sell with Propped and we’ll feature you on our blog, our newsletter or in our social media feeds. We want your products to be seen by the masses!
We keep our commission rates low. Sell with other curated marketplaces and retail outlets and you’ll be charged hefty fees. We want our fees to be a win-win for the food community. In the effort to be transparent, our fees go towards product curation, content creation, and the ongoing development of our platform which we hope will give continued and expanded economic opportunities to our sellers.
We care immensely about our products & photography. That’s right, the “curation” word again. Check out our guidelines to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
