Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we give our sellers 7 business days to ship out products. Once a package is on its way to you via standard shipping, it will arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Please note: shipping may take longer than usual at this time.
At this point we do not offer expedited shipping on products but are hoping to include that functionality in the near future. Upon purchase, buyers will receive an email confirming the tracking number.
We ship with FedEx Express and charge $6 flat rate shipping for each order from a single vendor. Multiple items can be added from that seller for the same rate. For each additional seller, $4 will be added to the shipping cost.
For particularly bulky or heavy orders, an additional surcharge will be listed in your cart at checkout when items weigh over 5 lbs (add $15).

We do not offer refunds or returns in most cases, except in the situation where an item isn’t delivered, or is damaged. If you have any problems with your order, please reach out email@example.com within 5 business days of receipt and we’ll see what we can do to resolve the issue.
Please note, if you’re the recipient of damaged merchandise, hold onto the product and packaging as it may qualify for shipping insurance. Anything after 5 days of product receipt is considered a final sale.
